JOB DESCRIPTION: Product design and development work of the neonatal medical devices and instruments. Strong analytical skills required to work independently as a part of product designers along with medical advisors.

JOB RESPOSIBILITY: To develop mechanical assemblies and drawings using PRO-E & others. Write manufacturing process instructions, incoming, in-process and final inspections. Coordinate vendor activities for timely manufacturing and delivery of various components. Develop mechanisms for effective use of the device. Coordinate testing activities with outside test facility. Coordinate product manufacturing activities. Write documents in accordance with ISO 13485 and ISO 14971.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: B. E with 6 years or M.E with 4 years experience. Expertise with software such as Pro-E, MS-Office. Knowledge of design controls, manufacturing processes (turning, milling, welding, vacuum forming and sheet metal processes) and quality controls. Experience in medical equipment industry preferred.

Coordinate testing activities with outside test facility. Designing and testing to meet quality standards. Coordinate product manufacturing activities. Write documents in accordance with ISO 13485 and ISO 14971.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: B. E with 6 years or M.E with 4 years experience. Expertise in Micro Chip MPLAB and Atmel AVR 8, 16, 32-bit Micro controllers, PCB design, Power electronics, analog and digital design, MS Office. Knowledge of designing electronic components that meet European regulatory standards. Experience in medical equipment industry preferred.
